How it works

The questions you'd ask before sending us anything.

Handing a customer's kitchen to a studio you've never met is a risk. These are the five things showrooms ask us first, answered properly rather than in a price table.

48 hrs

To your first draft

Not a target. Send a brief today and the first design is with you inside two days.

Yours

Files and source

Every render, plan and elevation — plus the editable source file. Nothing is held hostage.

Your first project

The whole thing, start to finish, at no cost. If it isn't right, you've lost nothing but the brief.

Straight answers

If any of this ever stops being true, we'll change the page — not the small print.

What do I actually send you?

Whatever you already have. A hand sketch on the back of a survey sheet is enough to start.

Most showrooms send three things over WhatsApp: rough dimensions or a site survey, the appliance and hardware list, and the door range or finish. If you have a Winner or ArtiCAD file, send that instead and we'll work from it.

If something's missing we ask before we start, not halfway through.

What if the design comes back wrong?

We revise it until your client says yes.

That's the whole point of the voice-note step — you send a two-minute walkthrough of what's off and we redraw. There's no revision counter running in the background on your first project, and no charge for getting it right.

Design is iterative. We priced for that rather than pretending the first draft is always the last.

What if it's late and my customer is sitting in the showroom?

The 48-hour first draft is a commitment, not an average.

We work six days a week across time zones, which is exactly why the turnaround works: your brief is being drawn while your showroom is shut. If a project is genuinely complex we tell you the timeline before you commit, not after.

Will my client ever know it wasn't me?

No. That's the entire business.

Nothing we produce carries our name, our watermark or our metadata. We never contact your customer, never appear on a call, and never show your project publicly with your showroom attached to it.

The work in our gallery is unnamed for exactly that reason — every one of those projects belongs to a showroom that presented it as their own.

Who owns the files afterwards?

You do — including the editable source file.

Renders, plans, elevations and the working project file are all handed over. You can take them to another studio, edit them in-house, or reuse them years later without asking us.

You're not renting your own designs.

Still not sure

Ask us the awkward version of any of the above. A person replies, usually within the hour.
